Haylee Cross

Babinda local, Haylee, has been the Firm’s Office Manager since 2011, providing a standardised and consistent level of efficiency and management to the Firm.

She commenced her legal career as an Office Junior with Marino Lawyers in 1999 and held various roles with the Firm since this time.

Haylee has gained a number of administration and management skills to ensure the smooth day to day running of the practice and is a Justice of the Peace (Qualified).

She attends to many aspects of the Firm, ranging from financial and accounts, to IT and HR. 

Haylee aligns the right people for the right job and ensures staff have the appropriate technology and equipment for the job.

Sponsorship also falls under Haylee’s portfolio, co-ordinating the Firm’s extensive community participation across the communities of which Marino Lawyers services.
